22.01.2022 Thanks to our sponsors Sunshine Homes and Aussizz Group to support this year Rangoli and House decoration competition in Adelaide, organized by Hindu Council of Australia. These kind of events transfers our culture to next generations and the values of festivals. Prize distribution took place on 3-12-20 and photographs are published here. HCA team apology for missing one participants entry in to Rangoli competition. We have attached their Rangoli picture here. Thanks the little once who took time and interest to put this Rangoli and submitted for competition.

Diwali celebrations in our lovely city of Adelaide for the second day Hindu Council of Australia SA volunteers decorated the Parliament House with lights spreading joy and happiness. It is our privilege of living in a multi-cultural society that we can celebrate Diwali along with the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant (#nppageant)! We would also like to thank the Honourable Premier Steven Marshall and Honourable Assistant Minister Jing Lee for extending their wishes to all those celebrating Diwali across South Australia. Remember you all have one more day (Sunday, 15th November) to visit Parliament House to join in the Diwali celebrations. On this auspicious occasion, we offer our prayers to Goddess Lakshmi to continue to bless all South Australians with good health and prosperity.

05.01.2022 Tonight Australia Prime Minister Hon Scott Morrison celebrated Deepavali at Australian Parliament organized by Hindu council. Federal opposition leader Anthony Albanese also graced the occasion along with many other MPs and Senators to celebrate with Indian community .

The event was a huge success, and we hope that everyone involved enjoyed it as much as we did. We are happy to announce that this year more than 50 small/medium businesses have participated in Deepavali Mela 2019. Our objective is not only to celebrate the festival but also to create the value for small/medium South Australian businesses. ...We also engaged more than 20 different community organisations by providing them a complementary space to promote their activities in South Australia. We highly respect and acknowledge the support from South Australian Government, Minister for Multicultural Affairs - SA,Adelaide Football Club, Smartline Personal Mortgage Adviser Kamal Aeri, ICC T20 Cricket WORLD CUP 2020, Aussizz Group (Adelaide,South Australia), Stunning Homes, Remit2India Thanks Hon Jing Lee, MLC (South Australia), Hon Peter Malinauskas, Mayor of Unley Michael Hewitson AM ,India in Australia (Consulate General of India, Sydney) for gracing our festival with your presence.
