13.01.2022 Just one question... I got you. Now, some people may baulk at the fact that it shouldnt take a specific day to ask RUOK? And I partially agree but the fact of the matter is; a). Someone may be afraid to ask RUOK? or they dont feel like they have the skills or tools to know what to do if someone says No. ... b). This day is to highlight Suicide Prevention and we know that in this current COVID environment, mental health is a massive issue in our society So lets just support each other, educate those who are afraid to speak up that you are safe with us and while you may not might have the tools, just by asking will make a ton of difference. So, as I said, I have one question .... RUOK?

06.01.2022 [THROWBACK THURSDAY] Today's throwback is a little unique... why?! Today, I share this throwback because today, I level up to Level 39... I have always had an a finity to music. I was exposed to music at an incredibly young age, my parents playing it while I slept. I played the piano from the ages of 5 til about 14 or 15 (I actually can't remember that long ago). That's me dancing with my sister - I always loved to dance and be around music. It was and has always been my life blood. The older I get, the more it has an impact on shaping my values, my emotions and what's important to me.

05.01.2022 Here's a little secret about me... I am a little OCD with routine. Since being in lockdown for what seems like a lifetime, I have come to realise that my routine has been so important to me. My mornings are so structured that it gives me the best chance of having a productive day. Shower , Coffee , 30min Reading and then about 45mins of Medition all before breakfast. I am grateful for this time to really cement my intentions and kick off my day on the right foot. What is one morning routine that can't start your day without?
