Continue the first dance because couples are allowed to dance ... 2. Play the shoe-game where couple answers questions with each others shoes 3. Ask your videographer for live-stream service so overseas guests can still attend 4. Stand-up & sit-down Q&As, trivia. Last one standing wins a small prize 5. All married couples stand-up, MC eliminates the youngest couple. Oldest gives marriage advice 6. Each table text into MC to provide stories and marriage advice 7. Still keep a lot of sing-a-long songs for guests to hum along to a the chairs 8. Provide ribbons to each single guest. Last ribbon uncut by blindfolded couple wins bouquet/garter 9. Keep your photo booth but follow the COVID-19 safety plan 10. Play a video montage or arm dance with "Just Dance" video game with a projector screen Happy planning my lovelies. 03.01.2022 Geeking out with upgrading my wireless PA offering Although wired audio connection is normally most reliable and practical, there are scenarios where wireless can really help improve our events. Usual benefits having wireless PA options:... 1. Cleaner look (less cables / long cables) 2. Less tripping hazards 3. Possible faster set-up (no need to use a lot of gaffer tape) 4. Help expand music/speech coverage (possibly 100% battery powered) Possible risks with running wireless devices that need to be managed. Planning is required to avoid interference from things like: 1. Events beside sea water 2. Human bodies / walls obstructing lines of site 3. WIFI & phones running on 2.4ghz and 5.8ghz digital signals 4. TV and radio signals running on UHF signals 5. Batteries running out / running the system in an area with no power (e.g park) Most wireless devices offer a SCAN button to lock in the available channel without interference. In addition, we can enter our event address in: ***"www.channelfinder.acma.gov.au" to see which digital and UHF frequencies are available to use in our area. This is where choosingthe right devices can really maximise our event.
