25.01.2022 So a customer rang me up and asked if I could look at their computer and see if it can work or not. I was more than happy to help out. What took me by surprise was, they kept going back to their car for more and more computers lol. Nice collection over the years. I was like, "okay, I will need more than an hour to go over them".

08.01.2022 We have finally moved away from paper to book in repair jobs. Job is logged in at the office and you are provided a print out about your computer repair. You can then follow the status online to see how the repair is coming along. When the job is picked up, you will receive a print out of the full list of repairs performed. You may also receive SMS from "DoctorData" now for bookings and repair updates. This number can't be replied to, however you can still SMS or call our work number 0411 501 035. Have a great day :)

04.01.2022 Apple has never been friendly to user repairs, but the company has opened a new front in its efforts to convince customers to only pay Apple to fix their own devices. This warning supposedly persists for four days and then moves to the Settings menu. After 15 more days, it’ll be moved to Settings -> General -> About, which means you only have to put up with Apple annoying you about non-genuine screens for the better part of a month before the company will deign to allow you to use your device in the manner you chose without nagging you about it. https://www.extremetech.com//299094-apple-will-now-warn-if
