Last year Lucie donated all her birthday money to the doggies, and she reached out asking what she could do to help the bunnies find a home, so she made this adorable poster! She is quite strong on lead and is currently being trained on a halti to stop her pulling. ... She is best as the only pet in the household. She is not suitable around cats or other pocket pets. Volunteers say "She loves cuddles and treats. Loves rolling in grass", "Heads to the bush all the time! Loves grass rolling and splashing in puddles. Very strong on lead". 04.01.2022 Homer, a Boxer X who came to us stumbling over on his front legs is getting ready for his BIG SURGERY in 8 days. His MRI revealed he has a anachnoid cyst with adiverticulum and syringomyelia. Leaving a dog in this condition means a very short life span and less and less ability to move. Being a young active dog, some 12 months old we want to give him a chance in life. This is the BIGGEST step DoggieRescue has ever taken in terms of surgery. Homer needs neurosurgery -- and will be taking this big step shortly.
