25.01.2022 My pack. These guys do the long days with me. This past year they have had the worst grooms ever. Not many walks or days out. Crazy year. This year my guys need more of me. Please book ahead so they can have more of me. They need time too.

25.01.2022 A lovely short clip to rid the body of thick plushy coat is the go in the heat. This is not the case for all coats. How do you know? Ask me. I have a solid and proven understanding of coats.

24.01.2022 Yes we are well into the deshed season. Coats started dropping in August. Do not wait until November/December to book. I highly recommend you do not ask a tired groomer to do a deshed in the two weeks before Christmas. A deshed is not a brush out. It takes time. How much? It all depends on how long you left it, how much coat is there and how hard it has become. No I will no longer give discounted grooms for owners who claim entitlement. 19.01.2022 I was so not happy with these grooms. It happens. Sigh. Next time they will look fab. Groomer smacks her head. You can come back for fix ups. Never sit with a groom your not happy with. Everything can be fixed. Ah yeah.

12.01.2022 The look of innocence. Lol, don't you believe it. This little lady is a very smart and switched on dog. She makes me laugh with her antics every time. Life would be so dull without them eh?

11.01.2022 This little girl detests grooming. It's common. It is helpful to start them young, keep grooming sessions regular, home groom in combination with salon visits, don't fuss over the dog in Sookie language on salon visits and many little tricks along the way. Some dogs just detest it no matter what. ... But no matter what, it's needed on alot of dogs and they will be happy, comfortable and healthy after the groom. See you next time cutie, you did well. 09.01.2022 Paws taken down for easy maintenance for property living. Still groomed with traditional methods but styled minimally for a sporty lifestyle. Head fur left but styled on request. It's common for Spaniel pet owners to keep the head fur. Traditionally it's stripped down to a smooth crown. Yes you can have your cake and eat it too!

01.01.2022 The fix up. This post is not to shame the previous groomer. We have all been there, in fact I would hire this groomer. Why? To the trained eye it is clear they worked really hard with passion to get a matted dog into a shape the client requested. I had alot of fun reshaping this dog. A little regrowth and tweeking and it won't take long.

01.01.2022 Got this beut Little Border Terrier on my stripping table right now. What is cut off the end of the video is me talking about skin irritation with coat left on. This is hand stripping. No it does not hurt the dog. It is relieving. It allows healthy coat growth. This is a high shedding coat. See video above or below. Having internet trouble to post. Grrr
