19.01.2022 We are currently about 4 weeks booked in advance just with our previous overdue bookings and still expecting more regulars to be due before then again. I've been swamped with messages from new clients which is lovely but unfortunately until we know how the next few weeks go I will have to wait to see if I can accommodate new clients in as well. I am keeping a wait list but please feel free to book elsewhere as I can't guarantee anything yet! ... I have some new signs being printed and laminated just as a reminder to keep social distancing practices up :) I will be wiping down all shared surfaces and disinfecting all money. As well as strict hand washing before and after handling client property. Feel free to message me with any concerns. Thanks for everyone's patience, you've all been so understanding during such a stressful time!

09.01.2022 Lockdown stage 4 has been extended. Unfortunately this means all our already moved bookings will need moving again. :( I will be in contact with everyone who is already booked in once I've had the chance to wrap my head around my diary. I will try my best to get everyone in asap as I know a lot of dogs are well overdue now.... If anyone has any urgent grooming needs, please call your vets for assistance as they are the only ones allowed to groom at the moment. If anything changes and groomers get the 'go ahead' early I will contact everyone again!

08.01.2022 I was hoping not to have to make another lockdown post again. But alas! I will have to shut during stage 4 lockdown. Hopefully it is short and effective and we can get back to normal but just in case it is extended I will be putting any further bookings on hold and building a wait list. I will reschedule the cancelled lockdown bookings as soon as we have a return date set in stone and then get everyone from the wait list in and go from there :) ... Phew. Stay well everyone

08.01.2022 Between my toddler, car trouble and the lockdowns it's been a bit up and down with the salon this year, sorry guys! Thank you for all your understanding and cooperation during crazy times. The salon will be officially closed for the next 6 weeks to follow stage 4 restrictions. Stay home and safe and enjoy the extra time with your pooches, even if they are a little shaggier and smellier than usual :)... Thank you and hopefully things look better on the other side of this! 06.01.2022 After spending $600 on my dog's dental work this week I thought it might be a good time to remind everyone about tooth brushing! Despite knowing the importance I had let our brushing routine slip. For best results it needs to be part of the daily routine, like with us. Good oral hygiene is important in preventing multiple diseases as well as keeping those cuddles and kisses appealing!... You can buy a dental kit for only $10 at kmart and it comes with doggy toothpaste, a toothbrush and finger brushes. Or only slightly more at pet shops or your vet. Don't forget to clean the back teeth too! For those who have teeth a bit far gone, most vets offer free dental checks with their nurses and will give you a quote for fixing the problem :) Poor Grace feels a bit miserable after her procedure but her teeth look great again!

02.01.2022 In light of current events I will be taking some time off. I will contact anyone who has already got a booking within this time period personally. Outside of that, I've now provided hand sanitizer for your use after handling money and will be using glen 20 on all cash. In addition to this, I will be providing banking details to my long time regulars who wish to avoid handling money altogether.... Please feel free to clip your dogs to the tie point outside the salon for a zero contact transfer and I will unclip them at the collar and return them there after the groom, weather permitting. I will also be cleaning any commonly touched areas such as the gate handle and latches. Please also remember to message me if you are sick and need to cancel. Hopefully everyone stays in good health locally but even so, this will help with us coming in to flu season as well. :) Thank you, everyone!
