23.01.2022 Marlee is a well-travelled globe-trotting Standard Dachshund. She had returned to Australia in early 2020, just so she can head off on her next adventure in Europe in late February 2021. Dogtainers arranged Marlee’s flights from Mackay to Brisbane and onwards via Doha to Belgrade, where she was cleared through arrival biosecurity and customs and driven down to Montenegro. She will enjoy living in Kotor at the Adriadic coast and travel the near and far European countries for the next several years. It was an honour to be trusted Marlee’s most recent unaccompanied relocation.

"I'm going to tell a little about our history, we traveled from Sydney Australia to Frankfurt Germany, about three months ago and the truth is the only thing I have are words of thanks for Dogtainers but especially for Biljana Popandonova, who always supported our process and took ownership of the case as if it were her own dog, She was in charge of... helping me even with the procedures for entering the dog in Germany, since here the laws are different, but thanks to her experience and knowledge everything worked out wonderfully, my dog had a very pleasant flight respecting his rest time, thanks Dogtainers we are in Germany today, he has already adapted to his new home a little colder than Australia, but very happy." 13.01.2022 From another one of our happy international travellers...... I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. It took us some time to travel home and get settled. I'd like to send you and your team a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work and professionalism you put into Grace and I. This was no easy trip in times of such uncertainty and you managed to put Grace's safety and care first while giving me all the reassurance I needed.... I am extremely satisfied with your services, and as dog trainers, my partner and I would highly recommend Dogtainers for international pet travel. A little on our story: My partner and I are both dog trainers, he from the US and I from Australia. We met while doing what we love, learning and training dogs at a seminar my partner was hosting in Australia. After many trips traveling back and forth to visit each other I finally moved to the US to be together. During November 2019, I came back to Australia to change my visa and got stuck there during covid, which ended up being 15 months of longing and aching for my dog, Leo and fiancée back home. When the time came, I had to find a pet travel company to safely get my new girl Grace and I home together to reunite with our family. I had enquired with multiple companies and knew what to look for. Some companies did not meet the standard of care on a personal level for such an important move. Dogtainers were always prepared for the step ahead, kept me up to date with ever changing flight alterations due to COVID and had answers to all my questions, while being personal and professional. Upon collection, Grace was happy to see me, shook off the 4 days of travel and was her lively, spirited self when she came out of her crate. She took the whole trip in her stride and it was clear she had been taken care of with love. "Meow" was previously known as Chanel however renamed by smaller members of the family. Meow was rescued and is estimated to be around 14 years old. She is incredibly affectionate and greets her mum at the door every day she comes home from work. "Cisco" is a 16 year old Indian Ringneck and has been in his family since a tiny baby. Hes not much of a talker anymore from his "Howsit going" days, but he mostly loves to flit around his lounge room and play with his plastic dumbbell. Meow and Cisco belong to one of our Dogtainers veterans, Kate, who is a highly experienced handler in our Brisbane office. Kate can be seen going to and from the airport with your precious pets. Shes gentle with little kids and cats, and loves to accompany her dad when he goes running. Her favorite food is frozen chicken drumsticks.... "Kittykins" is 18 years old and is a sweet girl who is happy sunning herself in the cat enclosure all day and snuggling in her kitty bed at night. Her favorite food is beef casserole. The owner of these angels is Josh, our Operations Manager, who ensures the smooth travel plans for our road services, crate movements and so much more! Josh is a veteran of Dogtainers and always can be counted on for his years of experience handling animals of all shapes and sizes. Josh and his family rescue many pets in need offering them shelter and care before finding a forever home. What champions! Always wagging his tail and up for pat he is the epitome of a loving lab and always out to please. He loves going for runs and chasing his ball, and never fails to put a smile on anyones face.... "Fudge" is a chocolate Burmese characterised by her talkative nature, letting you know where she is at all times with her yowl. She is so snuggly to her mum and dad, and always plays with her big brother Tex on a regular basis. The parents of these gentle kids are managers Mick and Sam. Passionate, driven and ready for anything. 02.01.2022 !Meet our very own pets! Meet Jaxx & Kindi! "Jaxx" is a 9yr old Domestic Medium-hair tabby. Best described as cheeky and incredibly affectionate, highly irritating to his sister and can turn anyone over to the Cat Side if they were not previously fond of them. ... "Kindi" is also 9yrs old and a Domestic Short-hair calico. Kindi is much more sensitive than her brother and very particular with whom she trusts, but when you win her over she is the most affectionate, in-your-face cat you will ever meet. The most gentle (not so little) girl and very bonded with her mum. Although Jaxx & Kindi are not litter-mates, they were adopted together from the same rescue after a very rough start to life as kittens. They are cherished by their mum Angie, who has been with the Dogtainers team for 5.5 years and coordinates imports of pets into Australia, New Zealand, and all around the world. Part of his family since a little pup, he enjoys all things a working breed does such as chasing the hose, rounding up the lawn mower, and sniffing out the nearest tennis ball. However, surprisingly stubborn for his walks with mum (probably from all the fun things at home!). ... Harvey is a performer doing is ritual dinner dance of an evening to impress his family for that extra bickie. Harveys mum is Ash, one of our multi-talented team members. Ash works in our domestic team and specialises in complex relocations across the country. An animal lover like all Dogtainers staff, Ash gained her fondness of Border Collies from one her fave pics Babe.
