18.01.2022 Today on our boat trip we saw at least 22 dolphins. But it was hard to spend time watching the dolphins because they were busy fishing, busy traveling, some too... far away, and one group just too focused on other things We did see Marianna and Ollie, Doc and Hope, Sparkle with Lila and an unknown dolphin seen before in this area last year. There was a group with Sarah and River, Jarva, Echo and Rio, Braveheart trying to catch his fish before the Terns dived on it, Zoom with a friend, and then Ripple, Bubbles, Ollie and Marianna too busy with courting on their minds. 11.01.2022 We had a wonderful time today out on the Eco Tour with Dogtooth - Port Adelaide Boat Hire. We saw at least 15 dolphins including Ripple, Jarva, Doc, Fantasy, Sp...arkle, Gem, Ryan, Lila, Tallula, Hunter, Crystal and a couple of others. The weather was too wild to venture out to Outer Harbor, so we did well to see so many dolphins in the areas where the water was calmer. 08.01.2022 Today on our river cruise we travelled in luxury in the Port Adelaide Boat Hire blue boat. We saw about 14 dolphins, including Doc, Hope, Tallula, Twinkle, Mous...e and Mimo, Star and little Happy. The others were too busy fishing to get decent photos. The river was very quiet, so all of the photos and video here are from the Garden Island dolphins. In the video, Mouse, Mimo and little Happy are travelling together and in the background you can see some kayakers watching the dolphins but also misjudge the sand bar and get stuck. Its happened to me! It was great to see little Happy again and hope he/she becomes one of the Garden Island gang. Much thanks to Darren Hughes for driving us around today.
