25.01.2022 Trained Cath @ 4pm then me and Blake ran a 10km run @ 5pm 1km Pummel 2km (20) push-ups ... 3km (20) jump squats 4km (20) push-ups 5km Pummel 6km (20) hand rows 7km (20) crunches 8km wrestle 9km - 10km - Blake finished at 59mins Absolutely smashed it home at the 8km mark. 1 hour rest trained next client at 7.30pm! We grinding people.

We rehab his right ankle and both knees before we start sessions, then we absolutely rip in. Posterior chain activation. ... 1) Plate lifts 20kg 5m forward- reverse bear crawl 2) Ball slams Bears 3) Sit throughs Bears 4) Plate press Bears 5) Chin ups Bears 6) Burpees Bears 7) Pull ups Bears into crunches (50) x3 rounds reps (10) (8) (6) bears stay @ (1) Moving continuously. 20.01.2022 Do not own rights to music Body conditioning, not necessarily footy contact but contact in general with the pummel. Cooper has been training with us consistently for 3 straight years. He has been through the ups and downs like every one else, but it’s a lot more personal to our small team. Dave, Vicky and myself, because we do the hard work behind the scenes. He never complains, always positive, if he’s hurting he just puts the head down and starts ripping in. ... 15.01.2022 5km continuous with Blakey! 1km - Base to Paterson Reserve (10) push ups / burpees. 2km - Lorius park (10) Chin ups / pull ups.... 3km - Plaza park (10) Jump squats / sit throughs / superman push-ups. 4km - End of Paddle Street (Pummle) 5km - Back to base. 14.01.2022 We’ve been a little quiet, but I have been on holiday mode like others. I’ve had a talk to everyone before Xmas break about coming back ready, that necessarily doesn’t mean fit and active because if your body needs to rest - let the body rest, but when you resume training come back mentally ready to rip in. Don’t cry, don’t complain because 2021 is going to be a big year. Please have a happy and safe New Year and thanks to those again who have stuck by us over the years. Love you all. #dogzONTOP!

01.01.2022 We don’t have young skinny models with shredded bodies, because that’s not the real world. The real world is about people who work hard and battle insecurities, people who leave themselves vulnerable and jump all the way in. We are creating a team who supports each other with real concern and care with a common interest. Also normal people training and doing outstanding things. Don’t be fooled. When you get people or clients that trust your direction extraordinary things can happen and are occurring. My friend Cath absolutely smashing goals lately.
