I truly think to succeed in this sport or in anything really, you must love the process. . I thrive having to be so discipline to do the things I need to do to be a better athlete, I appreciate the opportunities to train and do cardio cause it pushes me towards where I want to be, I think its powerful to be able to say no to the food you crave, i thrive on doing what others can only dream of, I love this shit. . What’s the point about hating cardio, dieting and making sacrifices for weeks/months for 10 mins on stage if you aren’t loving the journey to get there. .
