19.01.2022 On the weekend we hosted a Bully Buster event for students that have never tried martial arts. These little champions did fantastic and learned some great skills such as using their words and walking away before they have to use self defence! Well done to all those that participated. You all did fantastic!

16.01.2022 Working on pummelling with our Advanced Juniors. During the drill a challenge was set to get both arms around their partners waist. If they got it, their partner had to do 10 pushups! It’s great to see these kids doing everything they can to make their training partners get extra pushups while working on their self defence drills!

Drink water throughout the day and BEFORE you train... 2. Make sure you BRING A DRINK BOTTLE to your class 3. 08.01.2022 A great seminar last night with our Head instructor Shihan Paul on Dealing with Surprise Attacks and Ambush situation. It was fantastic to see so many Teen & Adult students from all of our clubs join in. They all did fantastic with the self defence techniques that was taught.
