16.01.2022 Hi everyone! Only a few days till we get back on court for our first round of basketball games, we can feel the excitement building! Things you need to know before we start:... 1. Coaches will notify you of your team and training time over the weekend. 2. There will be no training on Monday or Tuesday as we haven’t received permission to use the stadium, we are awaiting clarification from the government on the amount of people allowed in stadiums at one time. 3. Uniforms the office will be open on Saturday the 21st of November from 10am-1pm to sell uniforms. We will not have access to eftpos or credit card facilities on Saturday but we welcome cash or cheque. Alternatively you could direct deposit into our account prior to Saturday, please use your child’s name in the description, and just pick up on the day. Prices are: Shorts $45.00, Singlets $45.00 Sets are $90.00 Bank Details: Doncaster District Community Youth Club BSB: 633-000 Acc No. 178374674 If you cannot please email the club and we will work something out. 4. Please note: Our new bank details listed above. If you have previously paid directly to us you may need to update our banking details. 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This is our most up to date information for you before we head into games this Saturday. Please take some time to read this email as it has important information you all need to know for us to safely return to Sport. We are Returning to Sport at Orange-50 Restrictions.... Contact - Coaches have received their teams and should have made contact with everyone over the weekend. If you have not heard please email [email protected] and we will follow it up. Uniforms - The uniform shop will be open Tuesday 5pm 7pm and Friday 9am 12pm,this week only. If you need a uniform you must come between these times as the uniform shop will not be open on Saturday. Training - One parent per player is permitted at trainings. All players must bring their own balls, which will be cleaned on arrival. Players must enter through the main doors and exit through the back door near the canteen. Everyone must sign in on arrival. Game Day - One parent/spectator per player is permitted at games. Only the coach is to bring basketballs to the games as there is a maximum of 2 per team. Games will run at 2 x 15 minute halves (for now) Arrival/Departure Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins prior to games and trainings and you must leave the venue as soon as your training/game has finished so cleaning of the venue can be completed. Drinks All players must bring their own drink bottles to training/games as our canteen will not be open until next year and there is no vending machine or water fountain available. The water fountains at most venues will be unavailable. Try to bring as much water as you will need with you eg. 2 drink bottles if needed. Due Payments Please pay outstanding fees by Friday 27th November to the following bank account. (please note we have changed banks and if you have paid us previously you might need to update your records).
