01.01.2022 Our painted field bins are Nomadic Silo Art. All hand painted by local talented artists, these silos are on display in Mary Street Street, Dookie. Except for one, which was at Tallis Winery, until it's services were required due to the great harvest this season. Yes, it's true. Contrary to popular belief, a lot of painted silos are still being used by farmers. This harvest season, Dookie main silos and bunkers were so overloaded that Graincorp started using Cosgrove Silos aga...in. In our local region, both Goorambat, Tungamah and Colbinabbin silos are privately owned and in regular use.
