05.01.2022 Happy Belated Easter to all! This is a throw back to Easter Sunday when we tucked into this delicious Shakshuka, featuring Dorellis Goan Portuguese sausages! Just another way to incorporate our delicious sausages into your meals, taking them to a whole new level! ... For those of you who want to try this mouth watering meal at home, we used the following recipe as the base for the Shakshuka: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1RVRqYK6lVQ We also added: 1 x fresh tomato diced 1/2 a packet of Goan Portuguese sausages which were cooked separately, then thrown in when sautéing the other ingredients.
