24.01.2022 REST DAYS Allowing your body time to rest is important. After strength training, especially with weights and resistance, your body needs around 48 hours to recover. By training different muscle groups on different days your training regime can continue through the week without causing muscle damage and weakness. However, a rest day or two in there is also a good idea. So in lieu of a workout, do something easy going, like a walk on the beach.... 21.01.2022 DAN'S TOP 50 BOOK REVIEW 'This is a great book that goes into detail about nutrition and how different sources of food work to improve our bodies and abilities along with 50 exercises that Dan also goes into detail about how to perform them and what muscle groups each exercise targets. The stimulus graph is a great combination as it explains what each exercise will develop from Strength, Aerobic and Mobility Stimulus which I enjoyed learning what type of stimulus each exe...rcise targets. Overall a great book for everyone no matter your age or level of fitness.
