01.01.2022 Hi all. Ive just been asked on another post for my DIY deodorant recipe by about 20 women. Thought Id better share it here as well. Lx DIY Deodorant... INGREDIENTS: - 3 tbl coconut oil - 1 tbl beeswax -1/4 cup arrowroot powder - 1 tsp bicarb soda - 15 drops Lemongrass essential oil (e.o.) /for lymphatics -15 drops Cedarwood e.o./for skin -1/3 tsp Vitamin E Oil / skin health & prevents mixture going rancid. * I use Doterra essential oil for therapeutic quality. Note: Adjust Beeswax according to quality and your climate. Too much makes it too hard. Too little can be sloppy. Makes 90 grams. Great amount to trial with. METHOD: Have reusable roll-on deodorant container ready. -Mix Coconut Oil & Beeswax until completely melted. If time poor, consider microwave for beeswax. -Once melted, add arrowroot and mix well. -Just before pouring, add Vit E oil, Lemongrass & Cedarwood & mix well. Pour immediately. Liquid will harden quickly. Adjust or leave out bicarb depending on skin sensitivity. NOTE: Usually by now, most people know someone selling Doterra. If possible , ask to purchase sample size bottles if only making 1 lot as a trial. Please feel free to send me a PM if you need to ask questions or would like to purchase sample bottles with 15 drops in each. Enjoy the creative experience
