24.01.2022 Self care to me is as simple as sitting here checking out the goodies in my latest LRP order while cranking some tunes through the Bluetooth speaker with the sliding doors open letting a bit of a breeze through the house . I'm not feeling well this week and was thinking about cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming the floors etc but instead chose to spend the last hour before the boys get home from school just chilling out and doing some things that make me happy (I love essential... oils and music). This way I will be relaxed when the boys get home and not feeling crappy. The house work can be done when I'm feeling better and let's face it no one will be able to tell if I did it or not . I've learnt that these small ways of looking after myself particularly when I'm not at 100% make a bigdifference. What are you doing to look after yourself today? See more

I am very excited as I love both of these: Yarrow|Pom Vibrance Body Serum 100mL Ice Blue Rub Samples 10pack (Limit of 2 per account)... The Yarrow Pom Body Serum is divine. As someone with very sensitive skin I am able to use this Serum without any reactions. It makes my face feel refreshed after applying. I use the Ice Blue Rub samples to hand out to anyone interested in learning about doTERRA, in my welcome packs for new team members but I also like to keep some in my handbag. I have problems with my back and find the samples are a great way to take the Ice Blue Rub with me on the go rather than carrying a whole tube around. I can grab the satchet out and apply if my back is aching or any other sore muscles that need relief. Ice Blue is also good to help recovery from bruising (make sure not to apply on broken skin). 13.01.2022 Who else wishes Correct X came in a bigger tube? We use this multi-purpose ointment often in our house but it's getting even more of a workout lately. I've been using it on my dry, cracked lips and also on my hands as they are so dry from all the washing and hand sanitising. I'm applying my Citrus Bliss hand cream but also using Correct X on some really dry parts. ... Correct X contains Frankincense, Helichrysum, Melaleuca, Cedarwood, and Lavender all wonderful essential oils to assist in soothing skin irritations. Correct-X provides a moisture barrier that helps protect while simultaneously soothing and hydrating the skin. It is a petroleum-free, preservative-free ointment which absorbs quickly and is gentle on the skin.

10.01.2022 For those that were interested in the results of my iTOVI scan I did yesterday here they are (well the summary anyway). I scanned for the top 5 oils my body had the best response to (you can choose whether to scan for oils & supplements, just oils, just supplements and have a few choices of how many to scan for). Not surprising my top 2 results are for Energy and Immune System, both of which need support at the moment. You don't have to have a scanner to use your oils effect...ively but it's another tool to help support our oily lifestyle. The iTOVI can be particularly useful with the kids as sometimes I will scan them and choose their oils accordingly (keep in mind the results are not what is 'lacking' but the products that your body had the best response to when scanning). 06.01.2022 Helichrysum to the rescue this morning! I was slicing mushrooms to go in my omelette and accidentally sliced the whole tip of my thumb...OUCH! I raced for the Helichrysum as there was lots of blood dripping down my thumb. Then Master 10 patched me up with some bandaids. How lucky are we having these natural solutions to turn to when we injure ourselves!

04.01.2022 What a weekend! I completed a Reiki-1 Class and was lucky enough to be able to do this alongside my beautiful sister Ashlee. I also met an amazing group of people in my fellow classmates.... What an experience we had and learnt so much ! I can't wait to keep practising and working on my skills. I'm feeling blessed
04.01.2022 I'm not feeling well at the moment so I'm using my oils to support me as much as I can. I've been applying On Guard and Easy Air as well as diffusing them to help with my sore throat and chest. I've also been gargling 1 drop of On Guard in a glass of water which has helped my throat a lot. Today I've decided to use my iTOVI scanner to see what comes up. The scan will show me what oils my body will respond well to if I use them right now. Sometimes it's surprising what comes ...up. Would you like me to share my scan results with you?
04.01.2022 The face cream I used ran out yesterday so I made up some more today. There are many essential oils whose properties benefit the skin so do your research and experiment with what works for you. Personally I have very sensitive, dry skin. I normally add Yarrow Pom to my face cream but I'm out and have recently purchased Blue Tansy so today I've added that instead as it's soothing to the skin.... I always add Frankincense as let's face it Frank is great for anything! I love the smell of Cedarwood it's so relaxing and it also promotes clear skin so that's in my cream as well. Like I mentioned earlier you work out what oils suit you and then all I do is add them into my face cream. You could use Jojoba or Rose hip oil which are nourishing to the skin OR add to your usual moisturiser. I combine the oils and Moo Goo Cream Moisturiser in an amber glass jar (make sure to mix well) and this is my face cream. What essential oils do you use for skin care?
