25.01.2022 Refill time As I continue on my wellness journey I intend to eventually have a low tox home. Im gradually building up and getting away chemical based products to protect me and my family long term. Its actually far easier than I ever imagined. If I can do it so can you. Not only can you use these oils for health benefits you can also use them for cleaning. How amazing is that ! So cheap too.... HOW TO USE Apply a drop or 2 to your daily moisturiser routine... 19.01.2022 What's your Motto? Good vibes was always mine ! Thankfully I have adopted essential oils now too Monday is known as the worst day of the week by people who hate their jobs. I've been there too. Wasting all day Sunday thinking about Monday and to be miserable before you even step foot out of bed on Monday morning ... Who else done this ? Or still does this? Get a grip of yourself and get out ! Don't get me wrong we all need to do things we really don't want to do to like pay bills etc but there's always a better option. Start looking and you will see. I'm still not where I want to be fully but I am working hard on getting to where I'm meant to be and it feels amazing ! Go on you can do it ! My oil of choice today has been lavender touch and console touch. Both these oils help me feel grounded, relaxed and focused not to let my mind take over. Bring on the good vibes! Happy Monday peeps

17.01.2022 Park days with these boys are great craic ! We are lucky to be in city with lots of parks to choose from. Everyday is different on what oils I use but for the park I always pack Lavender touch and correct X. Lavender touch helps keep you calm and grounded, if there is a bump or a fall it also helps to lessen the effects of minor skin irritations, and takes the soreness out of it. So no tears for too long. 12.01.2022 How do you balance your scales ? Everyday I look for balance. Like most mum's I suppose lol I really believe that I'm exactly where I need to be, doing exactly what I'm supposed to do. ... However, somedays it's absolutely madness in this house running around trying to get the boys organised the never ending pile of ironing and the endless tidying up. 07.01.2022 Peppermint is my go to oil everyday. I use a drop of Peppermint with Lemon in hot water every day - 1 drop of peppermint is like 26 cups of Peppermint tea Or ... I place one drop in palm of hand with one drop Wild Orange and one drop Frankincense and inhale for a mid-day pick-me-up. The beadlets are so handy too for after meal times #doTERRApeppermint #love
