04.01.2022 What feels like my lifetimes work I'm excited to bring together the two things I have put the most energy into throughout my life - Music and Taiji, and offer this 4 week course designed to bring the benefits of Taiji to musicians to specifically alleviate the challenges we face over the years in the music industry by increasing our internal energy and opening our body and mind up so we can be more creative and free of tension.
