24.01.2022 And we’re back up and running. After our hot water heater let go yesterday morning (what a disaster)!! Massive shout out to everyone that has pitched in to help. Particularly our very hard working and resilient staff who got through yesterday boiling water for dishes while keeping a smile on their face and Merv who stopped water from flooding the shop and who tracked down our local plumber who just happened to have a suitable new hot water unit in stock. Lastly, to Michael Larsen from Larsen Plumbing for showing up at 6.30 this morning to finish the job. 16.01.2022 Hello everyone. We are super excited to announce that from Monday 28 September we are recommencing dine in service at the Top Shop. We have an exciting new dine in menu also. All of your old favourites are still available too. Our takeaway menu will still run as normal. Other changes are that we are now collaborating with Dover Bakehouse for both our own and your bread orders if you wish. Just call in before 11am Tuesdays to place your order. Bread arrives midday on Fridays.... The bit on the side is still taking shape and we are hoping to have it up and running in the next week. See you all soon!!

Yes we have changed our brand to Top Shop, it’s synonymous with Dover and works well for our expanding menu. Stay tuned it will be up this week. New signage is on the way also. The deli has come out to help make room for in house dining and new furniture arrives tomorrow to facilitate this, pretty exciting. Hams & bacon are still available f...or purchase from behind the main counter. Our bit on the side is underway and within a couple of weeks you will be able to sit outside in the warm sun (fingers crossed) and enjoy your meal. To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in creditor and debtor control as well as basic payroll. You will be confident in bank reconciliation as well as having a theoretical understanding of double entry accounting. Experience in cloud based MYOB would be an advantage but not essential.
