24.01.2022 A headache shouldn't be leaving you feeling helpless, so get back in control by knowing what you can do to help it. Different headaches have different causes, and the more you know about them, the more you can do to get rid of them and stop them from coming back! Here's my easy, at home advice for things you can do for 3 of the most common types of headaches.... 23.01.2022 Are you too young and fit to be working on your balance? Surprisingly, the answer is almost always no! The majority of people I know don't have as good a balance or stability as they think. Balance and proprioception is something that starts deteriorating from your early-to-mid 20s, and you can lose it without even realising! This can increase the risk of weak or rolled ankles, lower back pain and even falls.... Here are a few fun tests to see where your balance is at, and some easy exercises you can do to make sure your body is as stable as it should be.
