18.01.2022 - Multiple holes in his teeth - Severely affected gum disease - Pain everywhere - Had a large portion of his teeth removed on the upper LHS... - A heavy smoker with lots of smoking stains everywhere - Some teeth are loose, chipped and fractured - Had a history of multiple root canals, fillings and crowns but now all failing - extreme sensitivity on all his teeth and it's affecting his daily routine work - Hes basically sick of his teeth and demanding full clearance - Digital Smile Design - Full clearance - Bone flatten for the upper and the lower arch - Implants placed for upper and lower (6 implants each) - Bone graft added - Teeth were delayed load (3 days later) for upper and lower with a milled fixed prosthesis - Only use these teeth for looks only not for function ( no chewing or eating with them) - Soft or liquid diet for the next 3-4 months - Suture removal in 3 weeks Patient was very happy as he came in with teeth and left with teeth, this photos was taken 3 days after surgery was done, a bit of tear and wear around the lip area but otherwise fine and comfortable! @ @ . ’ : ( ) ( ) : ... ... -- (--) - - - . 13.01.2022 ' ! After almost 13 months of work! we have finally finished today! What a transformation! I want to thank - my team at @infinitydentalcare for all the hard work we put in, nurses, front desk and practice manager to make this happened... - @dioimplantaustralia for ongoing support espeically @doyeanlee for being there for me always - @kwon1929 my prosthesis for doing a fantansitic temporary denture - @john.iosi for the final prosthesis This is a partial digital work flow with the use of Nexus bar and scan gauges from IOSI, the final prosthesis was made with ease, the fit was just superb without many retry in like how we used to do it! Treatment Undertaken: - full clearance with immediate denture for 6 months - delayed implant placement due to existing gum infection - Fixed all on 6 upper zirconia and lower hybrid denture - a customised protective night guard The patient got to participate in the designing of his teeth, this includes shape, size, form, colour and position. He decided to have something more natural and with a bit more characteristic, hes young and great future ahead of him! This set of teeth will help him to smile once again! 06.01.2022 , ! These 3 words are what I called "The 3Cs"! if we don't have these! There's no way I'm going to do any sort of dental work on my patients! All my patients understand it and agree to sign The 3Cs contract before we commence treatment. ... 01.01.2022 Nothing fancy just everyday dentistry with our new toy, prime scan and mill, emax LT, a2, biocopy denture fits in perfectly like a glove! Total time 90mins :) thanks to my brother @datnerdydentist and sister @glo_shih always inspiring me with cerec, it’s really only been a month since we got the machine! Absofuckinglutely loving it! The Sirona rep has been wonderful too, support is always there :)
