As the decision maker you have the ability to be nimble, and to adjust your offering, your way of working, your delivery, your service much quicker than large organisations. What is important is that you don't overthink. There is a place for long-term thinking but if you can pivot now, before your competition, do so. Remember : Done is better than perfect.
