25.01.2022 Please check your messages if you had an appointment with me at Lakelands this afternoon. Unfortunately, I'm unwell quite suddenly and had to cancel my shift. I'll do my best to accommodate you next week and may add a shift if needed. Please message me if you can't find a suitable time to reschedule and we will make it happen!

22.01.2022 4 weeks of Olympic Lifting with this crew has taught me a lot about just how amazing our bodies are, and how important it is to have them functioning at their best. When little niggles or chronic underlying issues come out to play, they can be the difference between a PB and a failed rep. Sound familiar? I can help. After an old netball injury, my ankle has been the weak link with most of these lifts and I've been too afraid to push myself for fear of injuring it further, but... after some consistent active rehab, some functional taping and some dry needling, I'm finally back to where I need to be. 10.01.2022 Had to show off this gift that I received from one of my patients today. These bobble head figurines made my week! As a chiro, I get to know my patients very well, and you all get to know me (and my affinity for Star Wars memorabilia). Some of you have been with me from the beginning, and many have joined along the way, and I'd just like to express how much I appreciate you all. From the bottom of my heart I'd like to thank you. It's been quite the year for humanity and I've... shared the roller-coaster ride with so many of you. Thank you for trusting me. For sending your friends and family to me. For recommending me on social media. For following me from the back room in my house, to Empire Chiro on Allnutt Street, to Jupiter Health and Revivify, and wherever else my gypsy heart leads me. Thank you for making it so easy to care about you all. Here's to many more appointments together. May the force be with you. This is the way. 06.01.2022 Behold! The muscular system. It's so important to me that it takes up half of the wall in my office.
