25.01.2022 A nice little number that was knocked up for some relatives in Dalyellup last weekend. Gotta love the Jarrah against the limestone pavers

25.01.2022 3 popular choices for decking are Spotted Gum, Jarrah and Merbau. Which timber suits your style best? For a measure up and quote, get hold of Dave on 0400 262 129

24.01.2022 I little number we did for my dad a few weeks back. We extended onto the original patio that was built by my brother a few years ago..... Carpentry runs in the family

23.01.2022 A couple of neat entry landings and steps made using 87x20mm Jarrah. Julian and Amanda's pad just keeps on evolving

23.01.2022 We slipped in between the weather yesterday and got this little Merbau screen up for Rob in Nollamara. The Merbau was washed down before installation to help draw out the tannins and the rain will help the process over the next few days. Once it has been dry for a full day, Rob will put a couple of coats of oil on top to. Ale sure this beauty lasts he rest of time.

22.01.2022 And then there were screens. Last job for the year was a couple of screening fences for Anita. Now for some festive time with family and friends. Merry Christmas everyone, Driftwood will be back in the new year

20.01.2022 Driftwood Carpentry, we do shelving too

19.01.2022 The long weekend is upon us and so is winter. Could be a great opportunity to give that decking another coat of oil to help see her through the winter. Let's hope for clear skies so we can all make he best of our extra day off! Cheers, from the guys at Driftwood Carpentry.

19.01.2022 It's been a few months since we first met up with Julian and Amanda from Carine, but the backyard has really come together nicely. We did 50 Sqm of 140x22mm Jarrah decking, including the steps and the bar top along poolside.

17.01.2022 Fridays task was a retrospective overhang on a pergola we built for Luke earlier in the year. And the final product looks like it grew there

16.01.2022 The weather is still great at the moment, but winter is just around the corner. So if you have an idea for a pergola or patio to create some more outdoor space, then feel free to send me a message and organise a time for a free measure and quote. From the guys at Driftwood Carpentry, cheers

15.01.2022 Your front door is your first line of protection against the weather and the world. Be sure that it is sealed and painted correctly to avoid getting us in to replace it!.... On the flip side, Meridith's new double doors in Scarborough do look fantastic!

12.01.2022 From old to new, Tracie and Chas are stoked with their new little space that was in need of a makeover

12.01.2022 Some nice Cedar lining completed in Mindarie this week. Thanks to Metric Cabinets for teeing this one up. Can't complain about that view either. Anyone thirsty?

10.01.2022 Extension roof all framed out and married into existing. #driftwoodcarpentry

10.01.2022 What's behind the door?... Driftwood Carpentry does a range of custom jobs as well. This Jarrah door frame was built at Henry on 8th Bar in Maylands, using recycled Jarrah. If you can imagine it, we can create it.

09.01.2022 This oiled treated pine and polycarb sheeted Patio stands at 14.75m long and 4.2m wide. I needed an extra set of hands to pitch the rafters and collar ties, but managed to do the posts, beams, roof cover and flashings on my own. It took a few crafty little tricks to get it done, but I do love a challenge

09.01.2022 With a team member down I had to get creative while building this patio and Merbau screen for Rob in Nollamara on my own. Had fun overcoming the challenges tho

08.01.2022 It's hard to complain about life when the day offers you this. I hope everyone else in enjoying the unseasonal sunshine. From the boys at Driftwood, cheers.

07.01.2022 Well a team member is moving on I interstate so we are looking for someone to fill the spot. Preferably a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or a young tradesman looking to expand their knowledge. If you're interested please leave a message and a phone number and I will get in contact with you. Cheers, from the Driftwood team

06.01.2022 A few progress shots of the unique 2nd storey extension we've been ticking away in for the last couple of months. I love out of the box projects like this that keep you thinking and innovating #driftwoodcarpentry #dewconstruction

05.01.2022 Well the new financial year has started and it's a great time to get a start on a project you have been planning. Get hold of the boys at Driftwood Carpentry to discuss your plans as we gear up for the business end of the year !

04.01.2022 Just a couple of snaps of a bench seat I knocked up at home a little while back using recycled Jarrah. It's nice for me to do some carpentry as a hobby every now and then. It's not all about work and I'm lucky to actually enjoy what I do for a living. Hope you're enjoying the long weekend too

03.01.2022 It's not always about work. Sometimes you just have to go camping and burn wood instead. Driftwood Carpentry is feeling very refreshed this morning, we hope you are too

03.01.2022 Not mad at the view from the office today #freo #twostoreyreno #driftwoodcarpentry #dewconstruction

01.01.2022 Witness the evolution of this little beauty. I absolutely love doing work like this, and I'm pretty sure Kerryn and the girls are stoked too. It may be a little late for summer but this Gazebo and Jarrah deck will be around for many summers to come
