18.01.2022 So it’s been a while since last post. Covid-19 is having a effect with many of my regulars now having travel bans imposed so I have had about 25 cancellations this month. But with all that being said still had enough to tick over. ... Just take the Kids - Melbourne Baby Hire have kept me going and we have together been transferring families with Little VIPs. Cruise and airport transfer as well and some regulars coming back. Anyhow the lull has come at a good time for me as it’s F1 Grand Prix weekend so have a few early transfers to the track where I intend to stay for the day and watch it all myself.

12.01.2022 Wow so last Sunday I dropped a client and had one job booked in on Friday before my Sunday clients returned. Well that is not how the week planned out. So many jobs I had to ask Boyd from Rove the Globe and also Mark to help out so many thanks to Them for the help. ... Also had a couple jobs in Collaboration with Just take the Kids - Melbourne Baby Hire. A few regulars and a new client wanting staff with a return transfer from Melbourne to just a across the NSW-VIC border and back again so a small 740kms for that one. Thanks to the boys at Crystal Carwash Café for sorting out the mes in the front of the Kombi. Anyhow here’s to a quiet week ahead

11.01.2022 It’s was a big Sunday with 3 long transfers clocking up almost 600kms The Kombi has just tipped over 100,000 Kms 1 year and 8 months but still looking good and driving nice. One client actually thought the Kombi was brand new and couldn’t believe the Kms I Have done ... Excuse the dust on the Dash I need to clean it after the long day so Here’s to the next 100k Kms

09.01.2022 Wow 3rd transfer since March. Had a regular client of mine who is moving back to Queensland with her family for a transfer to airport this morning. I had almost forgotten what the place looked like that and the fact lots of work going on. ... Anyhow gave me a bit of time to spot some planes. Only 1 arrival Singapore Airlines A350-941 flight SQ237 from Singapore reg 9V-SHG and 1 departing newish airline BambooAirways.com 787-9 flight BAV89 to Hanoi reg VN-A819. They have been keeping me busy

06.01.2022 I had a client return from the USA trip today. He has been in quarantine in Sydney for past 2 weeks and was so pleased that I could still collect and take him home to Mt Martha. Other than a few runs with people belongings and office equipment after redundancies for a couple of clients it’s been a very hard month and with no end in sight for my industry ... Anyway had a little visit from the Federal Police whilst I took pic around back of airport asking if I had a legitimate reason to be out and about. After I told them the details of my job they were happy and stayed for a socially distant convo. Keep safe all and hope to see more of you again soon.

A special announcement in light of the latest shutdown restrictions in Victoria Nick and I wanted to reassure all our cheese loving customers that we will be able to continue to deliver to you and the people you care about over this next stage of lockdown. We offer completely contactless delivery, which ensures we are able to still operate during Stage 4 lockdown. We have expanded our team of professional delivery drivers (in partnership with Driven by Dan) in anticipation of all of us needing that little extra to keep our spirits buoyed over the coming weeks. All our cheeses come to us and then to you in their retail packaging so neither us nor our wholesaler are in contact with the cheese that we deliver to you. Over the coming weeks there may be issues in supply of some specific cheeses, in these instances we will endeavour to replace them with a cheese that is equally delicious. Rest assured we do have a good stock on hand and with so many restaurants closed, there is a lot of cheese still needing to be sold to support our local cheesemakers. Sadly, Father's Day will be taking place during this lockdown. In coming days we will have some news on a couple of very special packs to send to our Dads to let them know we are thinking of them. 03.01.2022 Wow it’s been a pretty busy week and a bit 200+ cheese deliveries In conjunction with 14daysofcheese (with Father’s Day last weekend), 4 corporate courier deliveries & 1 Airport Transfer (the first since May and the third since March 20th) on behalf of Yarra ranges airport transfers and I even managed to get a car wash in stage 4 lockdown which as you can see made my week. More deliveries scheduled over the next week so things are looking up a little. ... 2 more weeks of lockdown
