We don't bill you for our time, we bill our for the solution we provide for your problem. 90% of the problem our customer give us we fixed within an hour.... You decide if its fixed: we will be there with you till you happy with the outcome and you think its "Fixed"! We don't decide whether your machine is happy again - you do! And best part of it is, you don't pay for our time, you pay when we "fixed" it!
