24.01.2022 On Friday, our Foundation students had a very special visitor on Webex..... SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS! The aim of SpongeBobs pop-in was to promote positive mental health, while encouraging students to remain connected and engaged. Safe to say the kids LOVED it!

23.01.2022 Congratulations to the twelve Grade 5 students, who today delivered their School Captain Speeches. All candidates were very impressive. Great job also by our Grades 3-6 students being a very attentive audience. You all have a tough choice to make! Good luck to all our candidates!

23.01.2022 Last week we gave our grade 3 students a measurement challenge- who could create the longest pancake! Not only was it educational, but delicious too. Congratulations to our winner Tex with his pancake coming in at 1.42m long



23.01.2022 To celebrate the end of a term of remote learning we baked some brownies! I think everyone enjoyed cleaning up the most, and by cleaning up I mean licking the bowl!

Congratulations 2A for winning the challenge, BUT a big thank for sharing your prize with all Year 2 and 1|2D! It was nice to spend our last Monday of the year together! HAPPY MONDAY!

19.01.2022 Miss Foster loved having a whole group session with some Grade Fours today in Minecraft - there was at least 15 students building and being creative. Tahlias fox farm was a highlight as was Lolas giant chicken !!



19.01.2022 This Term in Art we are focusing on different ways artists display their art. In October the Year Five and Year Six students participated in Inktober. Inktober is a month long drawing challenge created by artist Jake Parker, to improve drawing skills. Each day in October has a different drawing prompt, participants then share their work online #inktober.

17.01.2022 Well done to Maddy Blott 6C and Daisy Guinane 1A for winning the Deep Blue bookmark design competition to Celebrate National Science week 2020 in their age groups. Maddy and Daisy are very happy to be spending their $25.00 vouchers at the Mornington Book shop and all students from our school might be lucky enough to receive a Deep Blue themed bookmark with Maddy and Daisys designs on them. Thank you to everyone who sent through photos, we hope you had a great time making and eating all of those goodies! The Wellbeing team and Grade 6 leaders are astounded by the fantastic effort by students and families. We look forward to next weeks Wellbeing Day... For this Friday, you could create an obstacle course outside around your backyard or inside using any objects from around your house.
