Tom’s trademark strength around the stoppage and dash through the 50m arc toward goal is a feature hawk fans have come to expect and recognition has come in the form of multiple recent interleague appearances. 16.01.2022 Yes Eddie Morris has committed to season 2021. We are extremely pleased to announce that Eddie Morris remains as our Senior Assistant Coach for next season. We believe we have the best senior coaching setup in the competition and look forward to continuing with Jordan Kingi as coach and Eddie Morris as assistant coach. Even though the GL Salary Cap has been slashed by 20% we believe we can keep the majority of our playing list under this great leadership and develop into one of the leading clubs in Gippsland. High quality games of football and netball at the Hawks Nest today against Warragul, last years football grand finalists (16s) and semi finalists (18s) with three equally tough matches played out on the courts as well. It was a perfect day for football and netball and the results complimented the day with Drouin getting the four points in both football games and two of the netball contests. 13.01.2022 With stricter Covid rules we have had to lower our production standards. This weeks draw was conducted in front of Drouin Tree Services sign. DTS have been a great sponsor of the club and Rod has done a good job of letting you all know about them. Trouble is he has forgotten the ticket holders list. This decision hasn’t been taken lightly as it is one of our traditional income sources but theses are uncertain times and we can not guarantee any get together let alone the actual selling of the tickets. 02.01.2022 At 2:30pm today, the State Government announced as of 11:59pm on Wednesday 5 August, regional Victoria will return to stage 3 stay at home restrictions. This... means means community sport, either training or playing, is suspended from Wednesday until further notice.
