19.01.2022 Don't throw away your orange peel. Take the peel off the orange, and scrape the white off the inside. You will be left with just the peel then. Chop this up very, very finely and per 1 teaspoon of orange peel add one teaspoon of honey. Take 1/8th of a teaspoon of this mix 3 times a day. You can also take another lot of orange peel, dry in the oven, powder it down to make orange peel tea. 1 teaspoon of the orange peel tea to a cup of boiling water and have a few times each d...ay. #recipeoftheweek

13.01.2022 Save me please ... With life changes I have found myself doing strange things and this one takes the cake. You see we have recently purchased a food saver cryovac unit for the caravan as we were going to go on a 10 week sojourn however Destiny in the form of ; you that pesky covid thing happened. Anyway we started using it and found the bags after washing needed to dry. Hence my creation. Off I went to the cheap shop and playdough chopsticks and clay in hand arrived home to partners gaze. 07.01.2022 Human history becomes more and more a race between education and catastrophe. H.G. Wells In this day and age this quote offered by H.G.Wells is so true. Surely it is time to see that food can be a saviour. It can be THE most powerful remedy and how fortunate are we in this country to have some of the best fruits and vegetables available on the planet. My fruit and vegetables as medicine book was expected to sell for a period of about one year (as told by a publisher) yet it has been updated to over 400 pages and still selling strong after 20 or so years. So education is a must in order to deal with everything. Think what can I eat to support my body systems and maintain a focus on fact not fiction. 06.01.2022 I thought I’d share my immune tea to boost your immunity at this particular time. The following recipe has been given out at my talks, on talkback radio, on television and has received overwhelming acclaim. Immune tea simply requires:... orange finely sliced with peel on 1/2 lemon finely sliced with peel on 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger 2 teabags (allow to draw in 500mls of boiling water, common black tea is fine) 1 tablespoon of honey (optional) add together, strain and drink.
