14.01.2022 Our featured cheddar on the menu is Bay of Fires cloth bound cheddar, winner of best cheddar cheese in Australia in the Australian Grand Dairy Competition. Aged for at least 12 months and matured on pine boards, it is hand turned and rubbed every three weeks which giving this cheese its distinct flavour.
