24.01.2022 COVID-19 Update From Sunday 2 August at 11:59pm, face masks are mandatory when you leave home. (This includes attending the clinic for appointments). From Thursday 30 July at 11:59pm, in the local government areas of Colac-Otway, Greater Geelong, Surf... Coast, Moorabool, Golden Plains, and the Borough of Queenscliffe, you will no longer be able to visit people or have visitors at home. Drysdale Clinic will continue to ask our patients when they check-in for appointments, to wait in their car until the doctor is ready to see you. We appreciate your kindness and patience while we do our best to protect our clinic, patients and the community.

23.01.2022 We have been informed that the telephone issues have now been resolved. This was a national outage. Thanks for your patience.

22.01.2022 For the safety of all our patients, staff, nurses, doctors and allied health, please ensure you phone the clinic to advise reception of your arrival and which parking bay number you are parked in. Please wait in your car until notified to enter the clinic. If you are booked in for a flu vax and have been, or are unwell, please make sure to let our staff know. Clinic doors will be locked from tomorrow for everyone’s protection. A doorbell has been installed if you are not able to call from your car.

16.01.2022 We are currently having issues with phone calls dropping out intermittently. 11.01.2022 Flu Vaccine Update Please be advised that we are currently phoning patients who are already on the waiting list for the flu vaccine. It would be greatly appreciated if you wait to be called if you put your name down on this list. We are currently experiencing very high demand for all our services due to COVID-19 and as a result, our usual practices have been altered to ensure we protect all our patients and staff as priority.... This has unfortunately slowed down some processes and increased staff physical workloads and pressures. I will update the page again once we are able to commence another waiting list for flu vaccines however, our priority at this point, is to work our way through phoning those already on the current list. We appreciate you patience during this difficult time and assure you that more vaccines will be received in the coming month.

10.01.2022 Unfortunately we do not have flu vaccine supplies at the clinic due to government being unable to supply at this time. When we do receive further stock we will provide notification via our Facebook page. We appreciate your understanding that this situation is completely dependant on government supplies which we await as eagerly as you do.

09.01.2022 If you are over 65 and still need a flu vax, please call the clinic to book an appointment.

09.01.2022 All our doctors, nurses and reception have been working hard getting flu vaxes done. At this stage we have an extensive wait list which we will notify when more supply comes in. Unfortunately we cannot take further names on the wait list at this stage. Please try calling in a couple of weeks once we receive more vaccines. We really appreciate your understanding and patience. I will update our Facebook page once waiting lists are open again.

08.01.2022 Please pay accounts via card not cash. Good morning to all our wonderful patients who are helping us all manage during this difficult time. If you have had to contact the clinic recently you will have noticed a great deal of changes in order to protect our patients, staff and doctors. We really appreciate you all following our instructions & signage. Along with the many changes already made, we ask that patients please pay accounts via card rather than cash.

07.01.2022 We are pleased to advise that we have received a limited number of flu vaccines and have opened sessions commencing next week. This is a LIMITED supply and we expect to get more following this delivery. Please phone to book into one of our scheduled flu vax clinics over the next two weeks. At this stage we can only book limited patients. Please be kind to our reception staff.

06.01.2022 CHANGE TO OUR SATURDAY CLINIC Please note that our emergency Saturday Morning session has changed and you must phone the clinic to book an appointment. Our door will be closed and you will need to phone the clinic when you arrive to check in. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

05.01.2022 Online bookings are back using the Hotdoc app or website. You can use Hotdoc to book a Telehealth phone consultation or a Face-to-face consultation with most of our doctors. Please ensure you answer the questions accurately when making a face-to-face appointment to minimise COVID-19 risks. Anyone with either respiratory symptoms, contact with suspected COVID-19 people or confirmed COVID-19 cases, should make a telephone consultation and not attend the clinic in person.

04.01.2022 We are aware of heavy media coverage advising people to contact their GPs to get their flu vax. While we do understand our patients are keen to get the flu vax, we have not yet received them and would greatly appreciate your patience and kindness towards our staff while we await our allocation. We will let our patients know via Facebook when stock arrives and how sessions will operate to best protect you, our doctors and staff during such challenging times.

04.01.2022 PHONES appear to be fixed now There appears to be an issue with the telephones which is currently under investigation. Apologies for any inconvenience. I will update on this page once the issue has been rectified.

02.01.2022 If you have an appointment in our flu vax clinic you will be given the vaccine in your car for safety reasons. Please do not arrive early. Enter the car park via the Clifton springs road entrance, drive up to the clinic front door and remain in your car. A doctor and nurse will be waiting for you!

01.01.2022 Please note change to our clinic hours as of next week. The clinic will now open at 8.30 and close at 5.00
