25.01.2022 A good reminder.

13.01.2022 There has been a significant increase in the number of outbreaks of viral gastro in Adelaide. Pretty please, if you, or any of your housemates or dinner guests (including the little ones!) have or have had gastro in the last week, re-schedule your appointment. It is vital that anyone with gastro (again including the little ones) not venture out until symptoms have been gone for at least 48 hours, even if you (and again this also applies to the mini-me’s) feel amazing. #washyourhands #StayHome #48hours #adelaide #osteopathicmedicine #bekindreschedule

12.01.2022 VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE, please read and help to keep us all safe.

11.01.2022 Many Adelaidians will recognise this legend. Bo-Bo and her husband Max have brought joy to passers-by through their dancing for years now. Last year Max passed away and my heart ached to see Bo-Bo dancing on her own, but she is dedicated to their cause. This holiday season I hope that we can all find it within ourselves to still spread some joy, despite a very difficult year. If joy was a force, the force is strong in this one. Whatever the reason for your season, I wish you joy.

04.01.2022 Today, SA Health + SA government have released new guidelines for Allied Health Professionals. These guidelines MANDATORY for all members of the public setting... foot in the clinic, including family, friends, patients, admin staff and cleaners. Single use surgical masks are now mandatory for anyone entering a medical practice. Cloth masks are NOT permitted. Please try and bring your own surgical mask if possible, they are cheap and easy to get hold of. If you forget, we will provide one for you. All patients must download the QR TRACKER and scan our clinic QR code upon entering the clinic. If you have trouble, ask our friendly receptionists or practitioners to help you out. This will help contact tracers and limit the risk of a cluster outbreak. Please wait in your car if possible. We will call you when your osteopath is ready to see you. This will minimise crossover in our waiting room. We will also have chairs set up outside and inside so you still can come and wait in the clinic if you prefer to. Maintain safe 1.5m social distancing at all times where possible. These are all big changes to the way we work at Bounce, but a step in the right direction to beat this pandemic and head closer towards "normal". Let's all work together and do the right thing. Please respect our staff at all times and be patient, this is as new to us as it is to you! We look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon, in what's shaping up to be a busy, exciting December
