22.01.2022 Winters coming in quick, so we down size to a nice cozy tent, just needs a heater

21.01.2022 DSL Preg Scanning would like to wish all clients new and old a very Merry Christmas and an even better New Year Reminder to book in early to avoid disappointment for the coming season

20.01.2022 How good is it to just open the gate at the end of scanning let each individual mob back into their paddocks because at the end of the day no one wants redraft all the sheep youve just fought with all day. Sebastians auto three way draft drafts everything on the spot allowing you to have those early nights off!

20.01.2022 How many lambs can you see sitting right there?? Its properly one of the easiest ones I see but if they were this easy everyone would do it #lovewhatyoudo

19.01.2022 With the first month of the new year almost gone, everyone should be starting to think about theyre scanning dates and what they want done, sebastians been busy escaping the heat by starting early and finishing early, scanning for multiples has been the hot job this month, remember 80 days from the time the ram went in to achieve best results for multiples

12.01.2022 Have you ever seen pregnancy toxaemia? Have you ever had to treat it? Her shows a ewe suffering from pregnancy toxaemia, usually are drowsy and almost seem drun...k in nature, and very lethargic, thankfully its treatable when found early enough, hers a ewe that was affect and the same ewe an hour later when treated with a glucose injection/drip, This is another good reason to scan your ewes for twins!! This year in general has proven to be very dry and testing times for ewes, lambs and farmers. Luckily with twin bearing ewes identified they were able to be drafted out and put straight back in the paddock and allowed to settle on better nutrition!! Ask yourself are you able to do that? 08.01.2022 Sebastian recently participated in a scanning coarse to improve his overall skill in better skin/probe contact, overall machine function, image relation to probe location, ageing the developing fetous, and most importantly deciphering the difference between single and multiple bearing ewes. He has come out of this with a lot of confidence in towards the job

06.01.2022 No power, no water, No Worries, Sebastians equipment is able to work where ever the sheep are!

06.01.2022 Ewes lining up by the hundreds for their turn in the box, another successful days scanning and the young pups learning quickly

06.01.2022 This week i was very fortunate to carry out a triplet scanning job, very pleased with how the job went

03.01.2022 Finally finished the lamb marking season this year, was able to finish on a property that I pregnancy scanned a couple months ago and the farmer was over the moon with how well my scanning job went with scanning of 1400 (scanning for multiples) sheep there were no lambs in the drys! Pretty impressed with how well Im seeing the images, Quick note to anyone looking for scanning early in the new year/season to book in early to avoid disappointment, lets capitalise on the sheep prices and make every dollar count
