05.01.2022 BCNSW Coach Jason Stubbs and wife Jo have started a new business Visionary independence Support and Jason and Jo wish to advise people of the following: Thro...ugh your NDIS provisions, VI Support is privileged to provide services and support in: - Provision of transport and assisted sighted guide support services. - Provision of transport to attend health and well being integrated activities. - Assisting clients to build independent skills to work competently and safely in and around the kitchen and the house. - Assisted cooking lessons and teaching basic safety skills to allow greater independence and confidence in being able to manage meal prep (eventually unassisted as a goal for some). - Assisted shopping/supermarket exercises to gain confidence and skills to learn to shop with less assistance or independently. - Transport and carer support. - Supervised assisted training sessions to improve strength, integrated mobility and mental health. - Assisted general fitness of all abilities including walking. - All home and business cleaning (very experienced cleaner). - General house maintenance. - Mowing lawns and garden maintenance. - Walking the dog, in home pet services. - Baby sitting, child minding. - General sports coaching ( cricket) Level 2 coach. - Assisted sports programs, Tennis, cricket, AFL, rugby league, futsal. - Casual outings, going out for lunch, coffee, Sydney attractions with sight support and community integration skills. - Interactive communication and event organisation. - Social interaction and engagement training to encourage clients to integrate with a wider community. - Peer support and mentoring skills to build confidence to access the community independently. - One on one mental health engagement both at home and in the community.
