11.01.2022 NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY WEEK | More than 1200 people are killed and a further 44,000 injured on our roads each year. In 2018/19 we responded to almost 5,000 motor... vehichle crashes that required people to be extricated from their vehicles. We are trained and prepared to help at rescue incidents, but we would rather these incidents don't happen at all. Please drive to survive - take the pledge today: "I will not put other people at risk by speeding, driving while tired or under the influence of alcohol/drugs." #NRSW #DriveSOS

The occupant was alerted by a smoke alarm which enabled her to evacuate the building with several children. There were no injuries reported.
