21.01.2022 Today, on behalf of Team OzHunting and the hunting community in general, I have sent an email to Simon Toop, Director of Strategy and Research at GMA, registering our disgust, disappointment and disbelief at GMA's decision to allow CADS and other anti hunting organisation's members to be declared "Wildlife Rescuers" and be given free rein over huntable wetlands. We have also put to Mr. Toop, a series of 10 questions that we feel need answers. We have asked this in a respectful manner, something that neither the GMA nor the Labor Government has done in recent dealings with the Victorian hunting community.

08.01.2022 WETLAND PHOTOS WANTED Team OzHunting is working on a project which we believe will be of benefit to ALL the hunting community. We are asking for your help in collecting data for the project.... The first thing we are looking for is photos of any wildlife, State Game Reserve, or any Public huntable wetland that you may, or have visited during the current duck season or prior to the season commencing. These photos only need to be scenes of the wetland showing what condition it is in. Not necessary to have ducks flying or swimming around. If you could send photos via SMS to 0478 933 185 along with the name of wetland, your name and phone number (for contact purposes), it would be greatly appreciated, All photos used will be given appropriate accreditation.
