25.01.2022 Clothing optional. Space, seclusion and a vast ever changing sky. Boogoodoogada is a sculptural waterfront dwelling. www.dufflebird.com.au/en/787174/boogoodoogada... A nod to nature. Boogoodoogada means rain bird & place of frogs in Aboriginal dialects. Set on 20 acres on a private peninsula. Depending on the season Boogoodoogada is home to as many as 10,000 black swans and migratory birds who fly as far as 12,000 km from Antartica and back. Im always amazed by how many different types of wildlife I see at Boogoodoogada. Especially when I pay attention. : @the_vista

20.01.2022 Otways Loft Forrest www.dufflebird.com.au/en/787163/otways-loft Our original design theme was loosely based on a hunters lodge. This morphed toward a writers cabin in the woods, when three things came together.... In 2004, I put in a ridiculous absentee bid on a few items at Kerleys Auction house in Geelong. My low-ball bids were out stripped on all but a cute old typewriter. Shortly after Mike came home with a dusty picture of Ernest Hemingway, found at a garage sale. Lastly a family member dropped off an old school desk. These three items now reside in the Hemingway room, a log lined upstairs bedroom with a private balcony. Rather than sticking to the hunters theme we decided a writers cabin seemed more in sync with our guests. Our visitors tend to be creative curious types with a passion for experiencing nature at a slower pace. : @loveandforage
