25.01.2022 A new Covid-19 update has been issued from SA Health which impacts all our patients and staff. As of December 1st all people entering an Allied Heath Clinic (...Patients and Staff) will need to wear a single use surgical mask. We know this is short notice and will be difficult for some of our patients to adapt to within the time frame given. We will, however, have a limited number of masks available for those who do not have access to one. Remember children under 12 and those with a recognised exemption will not need to wear a mask to receive treatment. I want to thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support through these changes.

17.01.2022 It was certainly refreshing to wake up to the cleansing rains that fell overnight in among the Full Moon energies. It feels as though we can breathe again somew...hat as we prepare to see out the end of what has been a very challenging year for many. As we are still in full moon energies if there is anything further you wish to release you may even like to write these down and safely burn the paper (I love doing these kind of rituals as they are so powerfully charged). The word ACCEPTANCE has come up a few times recently for many who have come my way and so collectively during the current energies take this opportunity to see in your life what you are now prepared to give acceptance to.
