21.01.2022 Are you looking for a "Tree-Change" with great potential income and less than an hour from pristine beaches? Dundas Extended Mine Sale Due To Retirement Mt Dundas - Tasmania West Coast - Australia... Developed as a hobby/specimen mine the original adit was dug around 1892 however no mining was commenced at that time. Adit comprises of a 50m cross-cut off the main drive with three 11m rises with drives along galena veins, good specimens of crocoite and cerussite were found during exploration. Best existing mine in the area with good mining ground and no old stopes. Adit has great rail-cart access and good condition timbers. Crystals are clean and bright with solid terminations. Onsite miners camp with flushing toilet and brick BBQ and easy light vehicle access from the main nearby highway. The Tasmanian West Coast region offers affordable housing, cooler climate, an abundance of peace and tranquillity with additional employment opportunities in tourism, transport and mining nearby.
