12.01.2022 DCC has again been successful in obtaining funding from the latest round of the Cricket Australia’s Grassroots Cricket Fund. The much needed monies will be used... to provide playing and training equipment for the expanding DCC juniors. The number of boys and girls that have taken to the sport this season has been fantastic with 3 more DCC teams formed this season. With new safety protocols in place this season the support from CA has come at the perfect time. Congratulations DCC!!!

11.01.2022 This weekend Dunsborough will be represented in the BMRCA Grand Finals in both B and C grade. Unfortunately the A grade sides season ended on Saturday at the ha...nds of Margaret River Hawks. C grade will take on Augusta in a rematch of last years Grand Final and look to reverse this seasons T20 Final result. They are attempting to win 4 in a row and continue their dominance of the competition. Andrew Mahoney will be looking to join Lee Sounness to win 3 premierships as captain and all 3 in a row! B grade are also the defending champions and have done it the hard way to get to the last game of the season. They will take on Vasse and hope to get some revenge after losing the T20 final to them earlier in the season. Good luck boys The 1992/93 season was the last time Dunsborough was not represented in one of the Grand Finals. DCC only had a B grade side then but in the 26 seasons since has always been there in one (or sometimes all) of the games to decide the silverware. In a world of change it’s a constant that we are proud of and shows the depth and strength of the club. For a bit of history here’s some other things that were happening in 1992: Paul Keating was PM and touched the Queen WC Eagles won the AFL Premiership Subzero was the Melbourne Cup winner Shane Warne took his 1st test wicket Alan Border was the Australian Captain There were massive riots on the streets of LA The Olympics were held in Barcelona and some of our B and C graders hadn’t even been born! Go DCC
