16.01.2022 Hi All, In 2020 we are welcoming the Deakin Dragons Sports Club at the Warrnambool campus. This club was created through a merger of the Deakin Warrnambool Soccer Club and Sharks Players United Netball Club. As the club is a new club, we need all members of the two previous clubs wishing to be involved with the new club as well as new members to purchase membership for the club. 05.01.2022 Hi All. It is with great sadness that I advise you that DUSA has advised all clubs to suspend, postpone and cancel activities for the foreseeable future. They highlighted that "it is prudent to postpone the participation of all sport given the current climate." Therefore we cannot participate in the netball and/or soccer competitions until I have been advised that clubs are allowed to recommence providing activities to the students. ... If you haven’t signed up to the club yet, please do so ASAP so we can still have teams sorted and ready for as soon as we are given the go ahead. 02.01.2022 Hi All. Campus Clash is happening again on Saturday 28th March. It’s a chance for all of the campus’s to battle out in sport. We would love to take a group of students to represent Warrnambool (especially netball). It’s mixed social sport so it doesn’t matter if you haven’t played before. It costs $5 to participate which includes transport to and from Geelong and lunch.
