24.01.2022 2020 Razorback awards. Thankyou to all our trophy sponsors and Major sponsors for our season. We wouldn’t have been able to proceed with this year without your very valuable support. On behalf of our club and players we Thankyou from The bottom of our hearts.

22.01.2022 It’s that time of the year again where we can celebrate our players achievements for 2020. If you would like to sponsor a trophy, please PM me so I can get in contact with you for further information. Dwellingup Razorbacks have appreciated all the hard work our committee, members, players, friends, family, PFNL association and sponsors that have supported us through this difficult season. Without this backing we wouldn’t be able to put a team on the field. Hope to see you all in 2021.

21.01.2022 Funding Helps Dwellingup Razorback Footy Club Don Aboriginal Pride Sporting new footy guernseys boasting an Aboriginal design, Dwellingup Razorbacks Football Club teams are bouncing down with renewed excitement and comradery. Designed by Roderick Collard Snr a local in the Boddington to Pinjarra Hotham River Country area and father to the team’s assistant coach, the guernsey’s celebrate the Club’s Aboriginal players past and present and acknowledge Dwellingup’s Aboriginal his...tory. The design represents footie, marron, bushes and the river that runs through the region, the features that Roderick holds dear. According to Dwellingup Razorbacks Secretary Joanne Moore, its Aboriginal players have been a significant part of the Club for many years and it was important for the Club that their contribution be acknowledged. Last year Nathan Morrison one of the Club’s Aboriginal players, celebrated his life membership with his 150th game and this year Sean McMeekin (pictured front, center) celebrated his 150th game, Ms. Moore said. The production of the guernseys was made possible by Alcoa and the Shire of Murray through the Alcoa Dwellingup Community Assistance Scheme. According to Shire President Cr. David Bolt, the Scheme is one of several funds available through the Shire that assist community groups to build community capacity and resilience and enhance residents’ quality of life and it is so rewarding witnessing the outcome of these opportunities. The Shire is a proud supporter of this project and I am sure the wider community agree, the team look sensational in their new shirts, Cr. Bolt said. Alcoa’s Reconciliation Action Plan and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Champion Adam Gilbert said, recognizing and celebrating Indigenous culture was an important part of the reconciliation journey that the company was proud to support. This is a wonderful way to celebrate local Noongar culture as well as the groups that make our communities such a great place to live. Congratulations to the Dwellingup Razorbacks Football Club on the initiative and to Roderick Collard Snr on the great design, Adam said. The Alcoa Dwellingup Community Assistance Scheme is a joint initiative between Alcoa and the Shire of Murray. The Scheme aims to assist community-based organizations to build a vibrant, inclusive and healthy community by supporting events and projects. Applications are open all year round.
