13.01.2022 Catch of the Day We’ve just received our first catchment of Port Phillip Bay Snapper. Pristine condition and delicious cooked on the bbq for a crispy skin. No bones/no waste. Another perfect BBQ fish is the devine swordfish....meaty, with high omega oil content. Simply marinate in sweet chilli sauce, ginger and garlic and cook on the BBQ hot plate with a little oil, pepper salt. Serve your perrctly caramalised swordfish with a simple side salad and a lime wedge. ... Yum yum yum!! Family favorite, Sea Beeam. Sweet, mild, boneless and skinless, simply crumb and cook in a little oil until golden brown. This fish is great in fish tacos also.

These prawns have a medium-firm flesh with a moist texture and rich sweet flavour. ... New Season Wild Australian Tiger prawns from Townsville Qld $43.50kg. These Prawns are huge! They have a firm flavoursome flesh and eat like cray meat! Both prawns are premium quality and are certified sustainable. Not sure which ones to buy?
