17.01.2022 To all my loyal followers I have made the decision that I will no longer be instructing at Inspired Life anymore. I will not be running anymore PWR30 classes, Hard Core classes and my favourite Dynamic Dance classes with the club. I ... am soooo incredibly thankful for all of your support and love towards me. It has been such an amazing opportunity to instruct you guys! We have had such a great journey. I am not HALF the instructor I am today if it wasn’t for you guys! I thank you from the very bottom of my heart This isn’t over though !! Don’t worry I will keep everyone updated in the future of what will be happening. So stay tuned. Who knows maybe a few lives here and there to have a collab boogie might be in order For now Good Luck and Stay Safe Re xx

16.01.2022 ~~~~NEW TIME ALERT~~~~ Hey Everyone ! New and exciting news for my classes at Inspired Life!! ... We have now changed to 5:30pm on Wednesday nights. Don’t panic we are still doing a full hours class, just a new start time is all!! Also exciting news for 9:30am Thursday morning class is that we can now go for a hour aswell !! WHOOOHOOO!!! That’s it just 10 CLASSES LEFT with me having a boogie and a blast with you all! ... Now is the time if you have really been sitting on the fence to come along and try it!! Even if it’s for one class and you can say you’ve done it! The time has come but I can promise it won’t be the end!!! 02.01.2022 ~~~ITS GOOD TO BE BACK!!~~~ It may have been a few long months but FINALLY got around to coming along and supporting this amazing instructor and class!! ... Jungle Body is such an awesome class that’s FUNKY & FRESH!! Helen makes you bop, hop, twerk it and work it all in one class! Really enjoyed myself and it’s something special when other instructors get to support and encourage each other ! Who knows maybe a collab will be coming..... I encourage everyone to go give it a go Can’t wait for the next one !!

01.01.2022 WOWSERS!!! What a fantastic pop up class tonight with Zumba Kalgoorlie!!! I have not danced since my last class at Inspired and it felt AMAZING! I forgot how much enjoyment not only I get get outta of it but you guys as well and how much you sweat !... The exizerating feeling being on stage just having fun , dancing and letting go with you all is something I’ve missed so much! I told you all to watch this space Exciting news is heading this way !!!
