Rows/pull downs/pullover variation 8-20, rear delt variations 10-30, deadlifts 5-15 is the rep schemes I use when programming. current snap shot of my posterior chain exercises. RDL’s BB GHD Nordic curls, hamstring hypers DB chest supported rows - high incline and lower set variations. Pull-ups weighted and non weighted days. Straight arm cable pull downs Facepulls Rear delt flys, high incline supported/seated/machine/ supinated grip standing. total working sets per week. Glutes/hamstring focused exercises 16 working sets as quads are my focus this mesocycle. Back 20. Rear delts 16 as they obviously get utilised in a lot of back movements and I feel they get fried if I target them more.
