We successfully navigated both environmental and bushfire considerations to achieve a great outcome for our client. They will now have a place to store their toys!

This recent approval is the culmination of a collaborative approach between the project team and the relevant planning authorities and represents a great outcome for our client. There were many obstacles and constraints to manage but through proactive planning and neg...otiations, an excellent approval outcome was achieved. Thanks must go to all involved Hodge Collard Preston (HCP) Architects, KCTT Traffic Engineers , Herring Storer Acoustic Engineers and Anthony Morabito of Altegra Property Group for bringing this project to life. The team at Dynamic Planning and Developments is proud to have achieved another successful outcome for its client and also for the Mount Hawthorn community that will utilise this great asset. In 2017, Dynamic Planning and Development celebrated its 10th birthday at the Niche Bar where the drinks and laughter were flowing. We were surrounded with a great group of people consisting of clients, consultants, and supporting peers. We are very proud to achieved a decade milestone in the planning and development industry and look forward to the next 10 years.
