22.01.2022 Why would I want to do that What is foam rolling and why should I be doing it?? We have been doing some foam rolling in classes especially in our stretch class on Friday nights. ... Foam rolling before or after exercise- Can help reduce the effects of DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness Can increase range of movement Can improve flexibility Can give a deep massage / ease muscle pain And much more.... For those who say ‘Ive tried foam rolling and it hurts too much’ I would say you have the wrong type of foam roller - and YES there are different types. Years ago I used the pvc foam roller and it was extremely painful. I have since switched to just a foam one and it’s fantastic. Not as hard but it rolls out my calves perfectly Have you tried foam rolling comment below

Or maybe your out for a run or exercising and you start to feel burn you give up and stop. ... To achieve those weight loss or fitness goals we need to change our mindset, only when we do will we see our results. A few of ways to motivate ourselves 1) Get up and exercise even if it’s only 20 mins make a start on your exercise 2) Figure out your why? 3) Change your how. 05.01.2022 Introducing Kylie Miller- Dynamique Fitness Wagga’s newest team member Kylie started her fitness journey in 2003 gaining her certificate 3 in fitness and working in many gyms in melbourne teaching and on the gym floor. Kylie has a childcare background and likes to train adults and children classes. Kylie also teaches in the water and aqua classes and will be running our Tuesday and Thursday evening Bootcamp classes. Welcome aboard Kylie
