Thursday - Queensland u18 squad is having a practice game Friday - Round 5 of the Senior League select competition- the states best u16 players It would be great if some of our young Eagles (or older Eagles) could come along to have a look at the level to aspire to in the next few years!!

12.01.2022 To all GBL Clubs. You will have just recieved the below email. But please find details here: All GBL games scheduled for this weekend including Masters games on... Monday evening are cancelled due to the COVID 19. Further decisions and actions will be advised based on the Qld Govt health advice provided over the next few days. What are the lockdown rules? Like the lockdown rules that were instituted last March, there are four permissible reasons to be out of the house. You can leave the house to do essential work, which is to say, if you work from home, stay at home. You can leave the house to provide health care or support for a vulnerable person. You can leave the home to do essential shopping, but it must be within your local area. You can leave the home to exercise, but just in your local neighbourhood. Two visitors are allowed into homes, but only if they are to provide support to a vulnerable person. Under the recommendations of Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young, masks will be mandated for anyone out of the home. "There are plenty of masks out there," Ms Palaszczuk said. "If you are a child under 12, you do not have to wear a mask. "We are doing this to make sure that we keep Queenslanders safe." Please stay home and stay safe

An extra special thanks to Matt and Lewis Hill on doing the hard yards being there from start to finish!! In the end we sold out of sausages!
